Baking Powder is a balanced leavening blend of bicarbonate, acid and a filler starch. We carry it within our bakery ingredients line and supply it to manufacturers across the UAE, the GCC and East Africa.
It is supplied as white free-flowing powder, in food grade, single or double acting, with an assay of available CO2 12% min.

Standard packing is 25 kg multi-wall paper bag with PE liner. Store in cool, dry, sealed — moisture triggers premature reaction. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored as specified.
