Pectin is a fruit-derived gelling agent for jams, fruit preparations and acidified dairy drinks. We carry it within our thickeners & hydrocolloids line and supply it to manufacturers across the UAE, the GCC and East Africa.
It is supplied as light cream to tan powder, in high-methoxyl (HM) and low-methoxyl (LM), food grade, with an assay of galacturonic acid 65% min. The CAS number is 9000-69-5.
