Egg Powder is a shelf-stable egg replacement that carries the full functional profile of fresh egg. We carry it within our proteins line and supply it to manufacturers across the UAE, the GCC and East Africa.
It is supplied as pale yellow free-flowing powder, in food grade, whole / white / yolk, spray dried, with an assay of protein 45% min (whole egg).

Standard packing is 20 kg or 25 kg carton with foil liner. Store in cool, dry conditions below 20 °C. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored as specified.
